Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of wallet balances. All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, and phone number — must be accurate and verifiable.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials secure. hebtai20 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to the user's own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.
Prohibited Account Activities
Users are prohibited from carrying out the following through their accounts:
- Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with any other party.
- Using automated software, bots, or unauthorised tools to access the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, data manipulation, or any action that harms the platform or other users.
- Using false identification or impersonating another person.
Payments, Deposits, and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the hebtai20 platform are conducted in MYR. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Hebtai20 supports a range of deposit methods commonly used in Malaysia, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and local bank internet banking. All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated on the platform at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe and are subject to the chosen method. hebtai20 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals pending investigation if fraud or a breach of terms is suspected.
All completed transactions are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed. Users are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirming any payment or withdrawal.

Reasons an Account May Be Suspended or Closed
Hebtai20 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

- Suspected fraudulent activity or system manipulation has been detected.
- Registration details found to be false or inaccurate.
- The user attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities or promotions in an unauthorised manner.
- At the user's own request to close the account.
Platform Liability Limits
Hebtai20 shall not be liable for:
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.
- Indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
- Third-party actions causing disruption to the user's account.
- Game or betting outcomes that do not satisfy the user.
